i) User can create email notifications to remind self and other users to track activities. Click on top right corner on your name and select Notifications.

 

ii) Click on Add New to create a new notification.

 

iii) Specify your no activity days, users and notification reminder time to be sent daily from the drop-down list. You can select multiple users to send reminders.

 

iv) Once done, click on Submit to create a notification. Email will be sent to selected users daily at the selected time if activity is not tracked as per notification rules.

 

v) If you want to edit a notification then click on ? and you will be able to edit your notification rules. Once done, click on Save.

 

vi) A notification can be deleted if you no longer want to send reminders. Click on trash icon for the notification you want to delete and it will be removed from the list.
